What changes for your raids

Mega Clefable makes its debut in Super Mega Raids on Saturday, November 28, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. It can also reach Super Max Level and gains an extra Charged Attack, Moonblast+: 160 power in Raid Battles (80 in Trainer Battles, with a chance to lower the opponent's Attack).

What to prepare: Clefable Mega Energy. Reach Mega Level Max first, then push on to Super Max Level. Clefable caught in these raids come with Mega Level 1 unlocked, between 1,322 and 1,392 CP (1,653 to 1,741 in cloudy weather). Clefable is a Fairy-type: Poison and Steel attacks hit it harder, and our numbers put Eternatus among the good picks.

The bonuses: up to six free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, and a better chance at a shiny Clefable, available since February 2019. The Remote Raid limit rises to 20 and the Global Challenge opens, from Friday, November 27, at 5:00 p.m. PST to Saturday, November 28, at 8:00 p.m. PST (November 28, 2:00 a.m. to November 29, 5:00 a.m. Paris time). The more tiers Trainers worldwide unlock, the bigger Mega Clefable's bonuses from November 30 to December 13.

The rest: Timed Research grants a Premium Battle Pass and a Metagross encounter. A US$4.99 (or local equivalent) ticket adds up to 14 Raid Passes, a better chance at Rare Candy XL, 5,000 XP and 5,000 Stardust per Super Mega Raid. It stays on sale until Saturday, November 28, at 5:00 p.m. local time, and the Ultra Ticket Box throws in a Premium Battle Pass in the Pokémon GO Web Store.

These raids only appear at certain Gyms: find them on the Pokémon GO map. Full details in the official announcement.
