Starting Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time, when Halloween 2026 Part II begins, Greavard can be shiny for the first time in Pokémon GO.
Where to find it: during the event, in the wild and as a reward for GO Pass and Field Research tasks. Getting a shiny one takes luck.
Good to know: Greavard is a Ghost type, boosted by Fog weather. As a research reward, it has 535 to 580 CP, or 669 to 726 CP when weather boosted. It evolves into Houndstone for 50 Candy.
See the whole event in our Halloween 2026 Part II post, and the details in the official announcement.
