Five colors, three regional
Flabébé holds a flower of one of five colors. Three are regional: Red in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Yellow in the Americas, Blue in Asia-Pacific. Orange and White appear everywhere, but much more rarely.
Floette and Florges
The simplest way to get every color is to evolve a Flabébé, which keeps its color: 25 Candy for Floette, then 100 for Florges. Fifteen cards in total.
Colors from elsewhere
For the colors of other regions, travel or trade with a friend who lives there. Trade Flabébé rather than the evolutions: evolving costs less than hunting each form.
