When Pikachu gets a hat, Pichu and Raichu often follow: Santa hat, party hat, Ash hat, witch hat, summer hat, winter beanie. Raichu also has costumes of its own, like the fragment cap or the detective hat.
Evolve to complete
Costumes from 2016 to 2018 carry over through evolution: a costumed Pichu becomes a Pikachu, then a Raichu, with the same hat. It's often the easiest way to check off an old Raichu.
